Zansi Omolara Samuel Hails Obanikoro’s Appointment as Hamzat Campaign DG

A prominent political stakeholder in Lagos State, Hon. Zansi Omolara Samuel, has congratulated former Minister and Senator, Musiliu Obanikoro, on his appointment as the Director-General of the campaign organisation of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Lagos State, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat.

In a statement issued on Friday, Zansi described the appointment as a strategic and timely decision that would significantly strengthen the campaign structure ahead of the governorship election. She noted that Obanikoro’s vast political experience, leadership capacity, and grassroots appeal position him to effectively drive the campaign toward success.

According to her, the former senator has consistently demonstrated exceptional commitment to public service and possesses the organisational skills required to coordinate a robust and inclusive campaign across the state. She added that his understanding of Lagos politics and ability to connect with people at all levels would serve as a major asset to the Hamzat campaign.

Zansi further expressed confidence that Obanikoro’s leadership would foster unity among party members and stakeholders while energising supporters across the state’s local government areas and local council development areas.
She called on APC faithful, political stakeholders, and residents of Lagos State to support the newly appointed Director-General and work collectively towards achieving the campaign’s objectives.

The political leader also prayed for wisdom, strength, and good health for Obanikoro as he assumes the responsibility of leading the campaign organisation, expressing optimism that his appointment would contribute significantly to the success of Dr. Hamzat’s governorship bid.
