Security: KWSG in collaboration with Nigerian Army secure boundaries
In a proactive resolve to prevent infiltration of bandits into Kwara state through the boundary at the Vobera forest in Kaiama LGA, Governor Adbdulrahman Abdulrazaq in collaboration with the 22 Armoured Brigade, Sobi barracks is cordoning all boundaries in Kwara state.
In view of this development, the Brigade Commander, 22 Armoured Brigade, Nigeria Army, Sobi barracks, Ilorin, Brig Gen Abdulsalam Abubakar has relocated from Sobi barracks to the Vobera forest in Kaima Local government, in the northern part of the state.
The development is to cordon off Kwara and stop the infiltration of militants from Niger State.The exercise will also continue in other entry points (boundaries), across the state.
