I am delighted to felicitates All batch C out-going corps members for the successful completion of the one-year mandatory services to our fatherland. I commend you all for exhibiting high sense of discipline and resilience through out the period. I must say I am proud of your various efforts in developing our our country through different community projects located all over Nigeria
“The Youths are the Leaders of tomorrow”, I believe that is a misconception that has been created as a road block for the youth to seek leadership roles. I believe that today is that ‘tomorrow’ that they have captioned into the future. I do not believe in the concept of ‘Tomorrow’ being the time when the youths will get a chance to rule, because the ideology has now begun to take a toll on the innovative nature of these youths
The concept that ‘youths are the leaders of Tomorrow’ has made the youths to sit back and blame the government for all the problems that Nigeria as a nation is facing.
The Youths are the leaders of today, the time has come for us to mark the eve of the long-awaited tomorrow for the youths to realize their position of leadership in the society.
I believe it is today that the youths were meant to rule. The youths are the ones who will be able to check and assess these problems to be able to proffer adequate solutions.
Nigeria government should engage youths both federal, state and local government level by providing their main needs such as education, jobs, vocational training, investment, meaningful participation in government and decision that affect them.
Those passing out is that it’s not always Rosy after service. You all have a major role to play in developing our country and economy, resorting to criminal acts like internet fraud is not a way out and can never be, You should all improve in your personal Skills and use them to generate income for yourselves, the community and the society at large.
Lastly, I want to charge you all as a future leaders of this great Nation to adopt a positive approach to life. I wish every one of you an eventful and prosperous life ahead and may God Almighty grant you all journey mercies back to your various destinations.
