JUST IN: Court Fines Saraki’s vuvuzela Sholyment, Dismisses Suit Against Kwara govt
An High Court sitting in Ilorin on Wednesday dismissed a case of fundamental human rights enforcement against the Commissioner of Police, Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, the Attorney General and Senator Khairat Kwadabe describing the case as frivolous and lacking merit.
The case was filed by a social media supporter of Senator Bukola Saraki, Olusegun Olusola other known as Sholyment.
The court also awarded a fine of N150,000 against Sholyment who is notorious for his many frivolous posts against the state government, especially the Governor.
