Ile-Arugbo: Kwara Govt floors Asa Investment as Court Threatens To Dismiss Case
- Court Lifts Ex perte Injunction, Fines Asa Investment 250,000
The High court sitting in Ilorin has fined the Asa Investment 250,000 for their lawyers failure to appear in court.
Hon Justice A. A Adebara also lifted the ex parte injunction earlier granted in favour of Asa Investment in respect of the disputed Civil Service land.
The Court also threatened to dismiss the case for lack of diligent prosecution if the lawyer representing Asa Investment fails to appear in court on 23rd and 24th September which is the next adjourned date.
