Ramadan and Lent: Hon. Abdukudus Isah Distributes Palliatives to Owan Residents
In the spirit of the ongoing Ramadan and Lent fasting periods, House of Representatives hopeful for Owan Federal Constituency, Hon. Abdukudus Isah, has distributed food items and cash support to residents across Owan.
The humanitarian gesture, which has become part of his yearly routine, is aimed at easing the economic burden currently faced by many families in the constituency, particularly during the sacred seasons of prayer, sacrifice, and reflection observed by both Muslims and Christians.
Speaking on the development, the Head of Media to the aspirant, Mr. Musa, who witnessed the distribution exercise, shared highlights of the event with members of the media. He noted that the initiative reflects Hon. Isah’s continued commitment to supporting the welfare of the people and demonstrating compassion during challenging times.
According to him, the outreach is not merely a political activity but a reflection of Hon. Isah’s longstanding culture of giving and standing with the people, especially during important religious seasons that emphasize charity and unity.
Beneficiaries of the palliative distribution expressed deep appreciation for the gesture, describing it as timely and impactful. Many of them offered prayers for Hon. Isah, wishing him success in the forthcoming party primary elections expected in the coming months, as well as in the 2027 general elections.
They also commended his consistent engagement with the people and his efforts to support vulnerable members of the community, noting that such acts of kindness strengthen hope and solidarity within the constituency.
