GOOD DAY STARTS WITH A GOOD BREAKFAST

Some days ago, I had to make ofada rice and I was clueless as to how the make the ‘Almighty Ofada Sauce’. After scampering around and brainstorming on how best to make the sauce and seeing the impending failure if I go by my thoughts, I resorted to consulting YouTube for some practical approach to making the sauce. How much more disasters parading themselves as nutritional profitable ventures could be avoided if only the search icon is hit and more information is at hand.

Nutrition according to the MERRIAM WEBSTER dictionary is “the act or process of nourishing or being nourished”. Albeit, many more than most of human consumption in this age is to the end of being satisfied and not for the nourishment it was intended for at the outset. Food, Lipids, Fluids and everything consumed were curated for the nutritional benefits we stand to benefit from them if at their right combinations. A slight digress from this ‘nutritional combinations’ can have as much as adverse effects on mankind, and might be the disaster we’ve always avoided by consuming in the first instance.

Any form disasters can be avoided if its well informed. The adverse effects being peddled by poor or incongruent nutritional constituents being consumed by the populace, if there is adequate information on what is right. Food of any kind is not harmful in it self. Most are curated in the best of laboratories, under the best farming conditions and arguably the best production process possible, yet, people are still malnourished. this is simply because they are misinformed. the problem of malnourishment can be addressed if proper information to this cause is well-spread across the globe and this can only be achieved on the wings of THE MASS MEDIA PROGRAM.
The mass media is a very reliable means of communicating informations really fast, wether good, bad, ugly or necessary. its no news that well-informed people in the Nutritional sector are quite abundant in thier minute number, scattered all over the nation, with their clamoring not reaching those in the nook and cranny of the nation. this is so simply because there is no proper engagement of the media in propagating the gospel of Good nutrition.

More Radio programs, Television Broadcast, Facebook ads, Instagram post, Twitter tweet, YouTube shorts, overhead banners, hand-to-hand fliers and every other possible media outreach method has to be employed to preach the theme that “HEALTH IS WEALTH”, and “A GOOD DAY STARTS WITH A GOOD BREAKFAST”.

PS; I made the Ofada Sauce successfully, thanks to the YouTube video I saw and also thank you for not tasting a bit of it, It was selfishly nutritious.
