2023 Election: Prof Oba poster as YPP Governorship candidate floods Kwara
Gubernatorial campaign posters of Kwara State Young Progressives Party, YPP, Governorship aspirant, Professor Shuaib Oba Abdulraheem, have flooded major streets in Kwara state.
This is the latest in a series of governorship campaign posters on the streets of Kwara in recent weeks.
Abdulraheem’s posters had various inscriptions such as, “Kwara 2023, My mission, my vision: Oba for a generational change,” Talba for Governor 2023″.
Some were pasted on electric poles, roundabouts, public building, among others.
They were sighted around Tanke, along University of Ilorin road; Yashikira, Budo-esho, Oke Oyi and major streets in Offa local government area. The posters were also sighted at Isin the hometown of one of YPP executive and Barr Iyiola Akogun.
The Young Progressives Party (YPP) in 2023 has been campaigning for Change of government in Kwara, with the financial muscle of Waziri Yakubu Gobir, who’s believed to have stepped down for Professor Shuaib Oba Abdulraheem as the prospective governorship candidate.
